Since 2010, Friends of Hong Kong Museum of Art have sponsored and organised free public concerts named The Sound of Art, held at the Hong Kong Museum of Art every first Sunday of the month from 3:30 ~ 4:30pm (except in July and August).
The concert series features young musicians performing classical music, jazz, vocals, traditional Chinese and Japanese music. Families are encouraged to attend with their children. The musicians first give a brief description of the pieces to be performed. To date, the Sound of Art concerts have attracted over 17,000 attendees.

Due to the current social distancing policy of the venue, we unfortunately could not try out the hall in Hong Kong Museum of Art. Nevertheless, we have our great pleasure to still able to present our music through both live and online to you all! Join us at K11 Musea! For this wonderful Sunday afternoon in November, we've particularly chosen to play Paul Schoenfield's Cafe Music, with others works from Beethoven and Mel Bonis. The concert is going to be free admission, please register in Friends of Hong Kong Museum of Art through email to their office starting on 31 October. Come chill and enjoy a great Sunday with us.
How To Book The Ticket ?
To book a ticket, please follow 5 easy steps below:
1) Calculate the total ticket price
To keep our ticket price always at a reasonable price for our audience, we have to keep the production cost low. At this stage we are distributing the ticket ourselves. Unfortunately our system does not sum up the ticket price for you, so we are sorry to ask you to do it by yourself.
2) Fill in the reservation form
We need your email address to send you our Confirmation Email. Phone number is also needed to confirm your identity during transaction and at the venue. You should be able to attend the event by telling us your contact details in case you have lost the confirmation email. After you finished the reservation form, we will keep your tickets on hold for 3 days. Please finish the payment within the period.
3) Pay by FPS/PayMe
